I have divided up possible reasons for your mental health problems into three categories: physical, mental and spiritual.

Relying on others to take care of you and instead stepping into the drivers seat and creating a life that YOU want
Being WAY to hard on yourself
People pleasing

disconnection from God/Divine/Universe/Earth (whatever you call a higher power)
Not giving yourself time for stillness/quiet and instead spending too much time doing
Do some of these issues ring true for you? Often the root cause of our mental health issues is many roots. It takes time, patient and kindness with yourself as you take an honest look at where you are and begin a healing journey.
